Very inconsistent smoothie quality from day to day. One day it might come out perfect, the next two in a row it tastes like they didn't add enough of the ingredient it comes with by default and even completely forgot your additions. Ordered my usual chocolate smoothie with added strawberries today and it tastes nearly flavorless this time, with not even a hint of strawberries being added at all. Sometimes this location will also forget to attach the receipt tickets to identify each drink, so if you have three similar looking smoothies with very different modifications, that becomes an issue.

Saturday May 16h 2026 10:30 AM Place swamped with customers. No Wonder, Great Shakes. There is only one employee. Wonder woman. She had many orders before mine. And I still had small wait time. She was doing the job of 3 employees. Non stop. Very professional and going above and beyond. I am sure she got every order correct in record time. Great job!

I do really like smoothies King over the years but today 4/4/2026 at 11 am approx, the atmosphere, product and. Even worse THE ATTENTION. It was done by a lady that did not take care of our order properly and despite our concerns she just ignore all. I do realize that she is not the true representation of this business, nevertheless, I’m writing this review to Help, Avoiding other customers to go in this kind of Situation and in this sense to let either the managers or owners be aware of what is happening. Today is me and for sure I want to visit your store anymore. I hope it won’t happen again and good luck wishing you can fix it.

Really poor customer service. 2 girls working. 1 taking orders and the other cleaning. Instead of pausing the cleaning to help make the smoothies, the one girl kept on her task while the other girl took the order of 3 people in a row. Then proceeded to text on her phone before starting the smoothies. Only after the texting did my smoothie get started. Once my smoothie was done blending the girl who was cleaning I guess decided it was time to help and did so without washing her hands. Unfortunately, smoothie wasn't good either. Very gritty and not blended well. Do not recommend this location.

I truly love this place — the food is fresh, healthy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell there is a lot of thought behind the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. That’s why I keep coming back. I also want to sincerely recognize Anais, who provided outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. She made me feel welcome and taken care of, which made the entire experience even better. Employees like her are a true asset to your business. However, I unfortunately had a very different experience with Angie. While the food is excellent, customer service should match that same level of excellence. Her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing — especially in a place that otherwise aims to offer such a high-quality experience. I believe this is something that can be improved with better training and awareness, and I hope she takes this feedback constructively.
